In this uncertain period of time, national and international measures change quickly and fast. Please understand that we can’t continuously adapt to these changes in measures in the run up to the festival. We will inform you just before the festival about any typical measures we need to take for the festival to happen according to the situation at that moment.

Your health and safety is what we care about most and we only want to keep the festival as safe as possible for everyone. We will always follow the advice and measures of the RIVM and the Dutch government and might take further measures by our own insight.

Note that it might be necessary to adjust or change the program and/or format of the festival due to the situation at that moment. 

For example, it might happen that in the end we need to cut in spots because of limitations in the amount of people that are allowed to be together in one space. If necessary, we will use the LIFO system to come to the right amount of participants. This also counts for the limited sleeping places available in the gym. So book your spot on time if you definitely want to be in.

In case you need to cancel due to COVID-19, please let us know. 



If we do have to cancel the festival due to governmental taken measures to contain COVID-19, you can either use your investment for a next edition or you can ask us for a ‘yogi’s choice’ refund, which means you can choose a full or partial refund. We would ask you to leave at least €25 of administration fee.

We would like you to know that with a partial refund you’ll help and support us and Dutch AcroYoga Festival enormously. It will help us to cover the already made costs and to keep up with organising these festivals.

If you’re traveling from abroad and need to book a flight, we suggest you to book as late as possible or book a flexible ticket which can be changed or cancelled without further costs.
