Hi everyone!

Im started in 2014 with circus disciplines (acrobatic cloth and juggling). Over time I got to know the discipline hand in hand (standing acro) where I was enchanted and began to explore the discipline more and more .
In 2017 a friend introduced me to acroyoga and I loved it! I like practice whipops , icarians and standing acro.
Im currently an acrolove certified teacher tt1 . In Chile I works in a duo with Catalina Bustos ( Girlfriend) , our duo is called “Duo fury” Why? I’ll tell you when we meet haha!
In the city of Santiago I dedicate myself to giving personalized classes and in small groups , We also do workshops with catalina and participate in events in chile and Argentina as well .
Personally , I really like meeting people and transmitting what I have learned throughout my years of practice.
Catalina
Hi! My name is Catalina. I started doing acro since 2016. In this short period time I have dabbled in the discipline of handstand and partner acrobatics stuff.
The acro really change my life and my way to communicate with others with more listening and love.
In 2020 I certified as an acroyoga teacher with acrolove TT1, but also I am a architect and I like draw a lot.
In Chile we have a very beautiful community of acro and we all want this one to get bigger and bigger. We are a few but we are the most amazing family
With Jordan we had to learn a lot of things by ourselves and we really want to share all this knowledge always with kindness and the care that it takes.
Even though now I teach acroyoga, I love to be a student and I can’t wait to live the greats moments that I know that acro can gives to my life.

Pauli and Nacho (CL)
Icarian & Whippops
We have been practicing as a duo for 2 years and recently created our duo profile @duoliquen
Nacho has more than 5 years of experience teaching in a school environmental education and movement in nature. He met acroyoga through his yoga practice on 2018 and from then he decided to keep exploring the discipline and mobilizing people by creating the biggest jams and events group in Chile.
Pauli began practicing acroyoga on a jam about 6 years ago and she hasn’t stoped since then. Always searching for new and fun ways to fly and connect with people. She currently gives workshops and private clases in Santiago
While traveling many doors opened for us to teach workshops on different communities , and while giving we also learned new thechniques, generating a valuable cultural and acrobatic exchange.
We love whip-pops and icarians, and we have been investigating on the different timings these skills have, techniques and how to mix them all together in fluid movements.
Which is what we would love to share with you all.

Nenad & Jelena (RS)
AcroYoga Teachers
You know the feeling when you love something so much you want to share it with the entire world, well that was our biggest motivation to learn not only how to do acro but also teach it and explain it in a way that is comprehensible to everyone while being fun. We wanted everyone who comes to learn from us to leave with a positive mind set and a feeling of victory for that day. Our goal is not only to teach our students but also for them to develop a desire to be better and advance in their knowledge and skill.
As we are both quite active people, way back when we met in 2016, we started exploring the world of standing and L-based acrobatics. With previous experience in rather different sports (basketball, figure skating, ballet and latin dance) it was no easy transition, but that was what made it fun and made us learn all the ways you could fail before succeeding. After developing our practice we started holding workshops and as interest grew we formed NS Acrobalance with regular classes held weekly and a community growing around it. Since then we held workshops in our region (Serbia, Croatia, Greece) and performed in different venues and festivals (Exit Festival, Piano City, Cirko Balkana) and even landed interviews on local TV shows.
Our goal is to develop a sense of freedom, playing with different shapes and connecting them to music while transitioning from L-basing to standing tricks and back. In other words, to have fun

Natalia & Joshua (PL)

What does all this mean? It means they make acro feel good, and they believe it is an exercise in effortlessness

Carola & Diego (IT/AR)
Acrobatic Teachers
Carola is an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 Yoga Alliance UK) and has a degree in Educational Sciences. She loves movement, in all its forms. Dance has always been her deep connection to the world of emotions and personal expression. Yoga changed her life, connecting her to the cycles of nature and her inner self.
She is a world traveller, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, she found Acro Yoga during her travels and never let go of it. She loves flows and also the adrenaline of whip pops and icarians!
Diego has loved sport since childhood and has a great curiosity for everything that involves physical dexterity and different uses of the body. He took up gymnastics and was fascinated by the control and body awareness it gave him.
Then he got to know AcroYoga and discovered the profound values it holds. The self-awareness that acro brought him changed his life radically. He went from being an accountant to focusing on sharing this new practice with as many people as possible, trying to empower others as he had been empowered.
Diego left his old life to travel the world and connect with different communities.
He trained in Acroyoga with the “Formacion Latinoamericana de Acroyoga” (FLAY) and the Partener Acrobatics TT. He is very nerdy in his acro practice and considers himself more of a hybrid. Hand to hand flying and basing, basing whips, whipops and icarians, basing flows and blindfolded flights fill his heart.

As a freelance, I have been teaching handstands for about 5 years now. It may come as a surprise, but most of my students are online students. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you.

Roald and Marijke (NL)
Yoga & AcroYoga Teachers
Roald Penning
In my teens I found yoga.
At 22 years old, out of great excitement for Circus arts, I started my path as an acrobat. And a few years later I was certified as a Holistic Massage practitioner.
Then I found AcroYoga, which blends all three disciplines, so I felt right at home!
By now, I’ve been teaching AcroYoga for over ten years, and I’m still learning new things every day.
I see myself as a teacher and coach in the broadest sense of the word.
Because I love inspiring and challenging people to step into their next level of being, whatever that looks like for them.
I do this both in individual coaching and in AcroYoga.
I love the beauty of meeting others in the depth of their being, and also the fun of playing together and soaring to the skies.
Life is our playground: it’s up to us how amazing and full of love we want to make it.
And that’s possible for every one of us.
Let’s play!
Marijke van der Linde
‘What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?’ AcroYoga guides me to overcome my fears. It helps me to build trust, in myself and others.
It reminds me that life can be playful, that learning can be playful. It shows me what I’m capable of. And what happens during the practice translates to my daily life.
It feels great to be able to teach this to others. I do this with a lot of enthusiasm and patience. Teaching playfulness and fun is the best job in the world.
AcroYoga came on my path after years of dancing, kickboxing, yoga, meditation, tantra. I instantly fell in love. The teamwork, the playfulness, the gracefulness, strength elements and healing arts: everything I love about movement of body & mind combined.
I’ve been in traineeship with Roald for several years before I started to co-teach and expanded my skills with AcroYoga immersions – in acrobatics and healing arts – Thai Yoga massage and Yin Yoga. In 2021 I’ve completed the teacher training level 1 with AcroYoga Montreal.

Kilian & Tania (DE & IT)
AcroYoga Teachers
Tania and Kilian. Passion in life and in acroyoga!
Tania discovered acroyoga in 2016 and since then she became very fond of it. Before she practiced judo for years and now uses that passion for movement to push her skills in acroyoga.
Kilian discovered acroyoga in 2018 after having practiced many sports. In acroyoga he found the perfect package for himself. On the one hand searching for perfection of execution & understanding of movements. On the other hand, always keeping an eye on the softer side of acro. He enjoys the process of creating new flows, taking time to just play around or guiding others.
Together they teach regularly since 2019 and they are especially excited about whip-pops and icarians.

Dora & Lorenzo (IT)

Lorenzo and Dora met 5 years ago, and they fall in love with each other and with acroyoga!
They teached in some conventions (Sicily Acro Convention, Egypt Acro Convention, New Year New Trick) and have regular classes in Italy.
They love creating washing machines mixing asymmetrical poses, whips, pops…and even some icarians!
What you can notice in their classes is the focus on the precision of movements, their attention in split them into little pieces for sharing in the easiest way…as well as their sense of fun and inclusion of each single person.

Bart Bendie (NL)
Yoga, Thai & Fly Teacher
Biography Bart Bendie
With a background as a mechanical and electrical engineer in the heavy lifting industry, Bart uses that knowledge and translates it into understanding body mechanics. Having done yoga for 20 years, Acro for 15 and massage for about 10 years, Bart found out: When heavy things are handled delicately, life becomes easy.
With his bubbly energy, a big smile and a soft approach, Bart likes to focus on getting the technique right, rather than moving fast forward. When going slow, magic happens, is therefore one of his favourite mantra’s.

Julia Koneczny (DE)
Handstands & Partner Acrobatic Teachers

Nicol & Inga (CA/DE)
AcroYoga
Hi! My name is Nicole and I have been practicing acroyoga for 6 years. Initially I had tried it as an extension of my regular asana yoga practice, but it didn’t take long for it to take over my life. My favourite part about acroyoga is its ability to empower someone to move past fear and accomplish more then they had expected to be possible – it’s magic. The other special part is that because it is practiced in partnerships and small groups, it can expand beyond a physical practice as you also engage in exercises of communication and trust. I did my acroyoga teacher training in 2019 and since then have taught regular classes in Canada. I have organized and taught workshops at festivals, co-organized and facilitated my own acroyoga festival, assisted at Wanderlust Whistler and am ambassador for the Victoria Yoga Conference. In addition to acro, I also teach vinyasa yoga and massage.
Inga has completed three acroyoga teacher trainings including Vancity Acro and Acrcyoga Montreal. She is currently based in Hamburg, Germany where she leads regular acroyoga classes. She loves this practice because it made her fall in love with her body and what it is truly capable of. Coming from a background of volleyball, its a pleasure for her to increase her awareness of all the little muscles of her body – it turns out that we can influence and control them !Inga likes to focus on same size flows and being a hybrid; switching roles within the context of a flow.

Susann Mayer (SP)
Yoga & Thai Massage
Born and raised in Hamburg, Susann started as a jazz and streetdance trainer, studying literature and film history and later script writing at Berlin where she discovered and delevoped her passion for yoga to cope with the stress in the media industry. After travelling through Latin America and Asia, she moved to Madrid, Spain where she currently teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, AcroYoga, Thai Massage and offers Ayurveda nutritional coaching.

Lorenzo & Irina (IT)
AcroYoga Teachers
Irina in the past has practiced several years of dance, including folk, oriental and tribal fusion. When she discovered Acroyoga, about four years ago, it was love at first sight, the playful aspect of this discipline gave her the possibility to best express her creativity, while the introspective aspect allowed her to have much more self-confidence.
Empathy, inclusion and positivity are elements that she always brings with her and in her classes, and in the same way she brings great technical precision, excellent class management and important communication experience.
Certifications: Acro Fusion
Lorenzo is a lover of adrenaline and movement, during his adolescence he was lucky enough to practice artistic gymnastics for 3 years, he also practiced Parkour for 4 years and snowboarding for 5 years. As a child he enjoyed climbing trees and people. Now he mainly devotes himself to Acro, Acrobatics and Handstand. Not much has changed!
Another passion of Lorenzo has always been communication; finding the right words to best convey information is a challenge and a pleasure that involves and stimulates him.
Thanks to his movement experience, built since he was a child and his desire to share, he manages to transmit and explain the mechanics of movements in a simple and clear way, remaining in a context of fun and play.
Certifications: Acro Fusion & Acrobatics Partners
